Constance Wilson (she/her) has spent her professional career helping people improve their lives through learning. She chooses to work in the education sector because education has the power to be the great equalizer though there are still vast inequities to be solved within the system.

Constance is dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion as well as advocating for all dimensions of diversity. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from William Paterson University. She also earned a dual Master’s in Project Management and Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus. Constance currently works for Udemy as the Director of Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion where she is seeking to create equity in the EdTech space for members of systemically marginalized communities.
